Charles (William) Bentine (1964)

My name is Steve Bentine and Mrs.Bussell steered me in the right direction when I gave up on school. She contacted a friend of mine to let me know she could arrange for me to enroll into the carpenters apprenticeship program. I completed the program and became a journeyman carpenter with local 819 in WPB. I then was able to become a general contractor in NC.  Now retired I look back and see how good she was at her job and how she didn't give up on me.
