Linda was born in Worcester, MA to Philip and Betty Scott on March 6th, 1946.

Linda was a loving daughter and sister. She was the best wife, mother and nana anyone could ask for. Her personality shined even in the hardest times. She had such a wonderful sense of humor. She was creative and an artist in her own right. She loved her family, her pets, cooking, and listening to her beloved il Divo.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Betty, and her son Christopher Todd Skaggs. Linda is survived by her husband Bill Blattner; sister Deborah Scott; daughters Shannon Malner, Sabrina Robertson, Sharon Rieck, Michelle Clarke; her sons Chuck Malner, Justin Robertson; granddaughters Keelin Robertson, Melissa Clarke, and Erica Clarke.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
