Gerald "Jerry" Puffer - Class Of 1964

Gerald Puffer, age 69, of Jamestown, Kentucky, formerly of Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on February 9, 2016, at his residence.

Gerald was born on August 20, 1946, in Juno Beach, Florida. He was the son of Harold and Francis Moore Puffer. Gerald was a graduate of the Riviera Beach High School Class of 1964. He was a Vietnam Veteran, serving his country in the United States Air Force. After his service in the Air Force, Gerald served for two years in the Sea-Bees Navy Reserves. He was a Master Guild diesel mechanic. After his retirement, Gerald did seasonal work in the tool room at the State Dock, in Jamestown. He enjoyed traveling and loved football; especially his Miami Dolphins.

“Gerald was the most perfect husband and father. We have lived in five states and never met anyone who didn’t like him.”

He is survived by his wife, Dee Kimball Puffer; his daughter, Amber Lee Cali, and her children, Christopher Cali and Aaron Cali, all of Georgia; and his son, Bud Downes, of Jamestown, and his children, Connor Downes, of Oklahoma, Sierra Downes, of Russell Springs and Noah Ward, of Vero Beach, Florida.

Services will be held privately by Gerald’s family.

REST IN PEACH JERRY , I AM REMEMDERING THE GOOD TIMES WE HAD WITH OTHER FRIENDS ; ENJOY THERE COMPANY ,RONNIE CALES, PHIL ANDERSON,SCOTT MERCER,AN OTHERS, THE 60'S AT RBHS WERE GREAT
