I am very sorry for the loss of Louie. I will always remember him from school with a big smile, pleasant greeting, or funny remark. I am praying for his many loved ones, that they may find comfort and strength in their time of grief. Sincerely, Elizabeth Williams Cowles

Louie and I played football side by side from Watkins to R.B.H.S. Kevin Griffin, Louie, Johnny Finch and I were good friends and had some great times together. I will miss Louie  and all the crazy things we did.
