2026 BUZZ IS ON. Thank you to those folks that contributed to make this event possible.

Classmates:
Some folks are inquiring about the BUZZ 2026 budget. Before sharing let me clarify why the Committee did not choose a local hotel. Most hotels want $5,000-$15,000 for the ballroom, to host up to 200 people, then $5,000-$7500 for the finger foods, and $10-$17 for beverages. Given those numbers we'd have over $20,000.00 expenses, even with a Cash Bar. Those numbers were OK when we had 600-700 people attending but recent events have had 175-200 attendees.

Time: 6:00-10:00 (Jammin Jim will set up his equipment at 5:00pm)

Room $650.00 ($250.00 deposit paid 11/12/25)

DJ (Jammin Jim) $500.00
Food $3500.00
Snacks $250.00
Decorations: $200.00
Total Budget= $5,6300.00
Need 3-4 people to volunteer for decorations

Some folks asked why the 'short notice' for the Buzz decision however postings on this FB page and the RBHSHonnets.com website on Nov 10, 25, Oct 7, 25 and Oct 6, 25, and Sep 11, 25 provided invitations for people to join in the planning. All meetings are available via Zoom participation for convenience.
