Terry graduated from PBJC and Florida Southern College and had practiced as a CPA in the area for 25 years. He was a member of the Florida Institute of CPA's and the American Institute of CPA's, past president of the East Coast Chapter of CPA's. He helped establish the Soccer program for the Jupiter-Tequesta Athletic Assoc. adn remained active as a High School and College Referee until his death. He was President of the Palm Beach County Officials Assoc. and The Treasure Coast Officials Assoc. A charter member of the Exchange Club of the Northern Palm Beaches and was also treasurer of Oceanview United Methodist Church of Juno Beach
