A memorial service to Celebrate Phil’s life will be held at 1pm on Thursday Feb. 24th, 2011 in the chapel at Seacoast Church, 750 Long Point Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC, 29464. The family will receive visitors following the service in the foyer of the church.
