Rick joined the Florida Park Services in 1977. As a nature lover and avid outdoors man he was perfectly suited for his position as Park Service Specialist. "Ranger Rick" loved people and enjoyed sharing his vast knowledge of fishing, nature, and interest in Native American artifacts with everyone. He was a loving husband and dedicated father and grandfather who compassionataely touched the hearts and lives of all he met.
