Susie was born in Princeton, New Jersey and had been a resident of Stuart for 10 years, coming from Deep River, CT. She previously lived in North Palm Beach, FL.
Susie was a 1966 graduate of Riviera Beach High School and attended Elon University in Elon, NC.
She attended the Mariner Sands Chapel, Stuart and was a member of Mariner Sands Country Club.
Survivors include her husband of 15 years, William T. Brawner of Stuart and Still Pond, MD; sons, Wesley B. Mitchell of Centrebrook, Virginia and Seth G. Mitchell of Deep River, Connecticut; parents, Gordon and Audrey Titcomb of Palm City, FL; brother, Don Titcomb of Jacksonville, FL; sister, Barbara Burke of Glastonbury, CT; step-sons, William T. Brawner; James E. Brawner; step-daughters, Elizabeth T. Brawner; Sophie B. Correll; and Margaret Brawner; grandson, Hudson Mitchell; three nieces and one nephew.
A Private Service was held June 25, 2013.
