Johnny was a gentle person and a kind and caring individual. I worked with Johnny at the Palm Beach County School Disteict long after we graduated. He was consistently upbeat and hard working and never let his disability get in his way as he worked hard to achieve his goals.

I remember how difficult ot was for Johnny to get around school He had to back up all the stairs. When we had our Graduation, after making his way all over school to earn his diploma; he wasnt allowed to walk across the stage and receive it. I hated the faculty for that But I was more disappointed in myself for not standing up and calling the school out for it Although this apology comes to late; Im so very sorry I didnt have the wherewithall to do it Rest in peace
