Quite a few years ago I heard that Pat was very severely wounded in Viet Nam and that he was being treated at Walter Reed Hospital. I do not know if that is correct. If anyone can affirm or refute this please do so. I remember Pat, and his brothers Mike and Danny, as friendly and accommodating.

I was good friends with Pat and Danny. Unfortunately I lost track of them but did hear that Pat was gravely injured in the Nam and passed because of his injuries after CY 2000.  I specifically looked for his name on the Vietnam veterans wall and was very disappointed that it wasn't there.

I ran into Mike many years ago.  He said Pat was severly wounded in Viet Nam but had returned to the area. He was living with some disabilities that were difficult for him.  I haven't heard anything more since then until I saw this post.  I enjoyed many good times with Pat in school.  I was verysadden when Mike told me about his struggles.  Hopefully, he is fully himself in heaven.

I saw Pat prior to his last deployment to Vietnam. I think it was his third, he volunteered for the last two. We talked and I told him he did enough and there was no reason for him to go back, he said it was to late and he was leaving in a couple of days. When he left I gave him a hug and told him to stay safe. About a year or more later I saw Pat again and approached him, he walked around me. It was easy to tell he was severly injured.
