Anne Belton Wilcox, 55, died August 21, 2002,at Hospice House, Hinesville, GA. The Manchester, Connecticut, native had lived in Savannah since 1998. She was a writer and a philanthropist, with an extraordinary interest in and love for cats. She was a member of Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her parents, John Hart and Virginia Adams Belton; her sister, Virginia Elizabeth Belton; and her husband, Michael Lloyd Wilcox. Survivors: sons, Jason D. Wilcox of Savannah and Ian Mi- chael Wilcox of Knoxville, TN; and a nephew, David Wilcox of West Palm Beach, FL.
