A. Dennis Jensen Obituary A. Dennis Jensen, 64, died Aug. 25, 2008, at the Treasure Coast Hospice Residence in Fort Pierce. He was born in Austin, Texas, and lived in Port St. Lucie for five years, coming from Okeechobee. Before retirement in 2000, he was a supervisor for more than 15 years with the Palm Beach Post. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Donna C. Jensen of Port St. Lucie; mother, Mary Jensen of Port St. Lucie; daughters, Terri Burgoon of Jupiter, Tammy Scarlott of North Palm Beach, Michelle Martin of Royal Palm Beach and Amy Haines of West Palm Beach; sons, Arnold Dennis Jensen Jr. of St. Petersburg, Larry Jensen of Fort Myers, Richard Jensen of Gainesville, Michael Jensen of Lawton, Okla., and Richard Shawbell of Lake Worth; brother, Allen Jensen of Port St. Lucie; 22 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father, Arnold Henry Jensen. Memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 S.E. Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997. SERVICES: Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Aug. 28 in the chapel of Martin Funeral Home in Stuart, with a celebration service to follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with the Rev.
