I am shocked and sadened to learn of Robin's passing. She was a long time friend of mine and my sister Betsy. I wondered why I hadn't heard from her. She helped me clear out Betsy's house when Betsy died.
So sorry to hear bout Robin. She was a good and caring person and so funny. I reconnected with her from the luncheons that Betsy put together and also she had the same hairdresser I did. Rest in peace Robin.
This is such sad news. I did not know Robin well, but she was very gracious and welcoming to me and many others from the diaspora when we reunited for the 50th. The weather was cloudy all weekend, but she was the Sunshine State personified.
This is sad news about Robyn. I knew her since elementary school at Lake Park. As little girls we went to her parents shop, the Knit and Purl, after school and played in the back. I remember one day in high school when she took a bunch of us to McDonald's for lunch in her big old car. Something happened and she could not put it back into drive so she had to back up all the way back to school. We were late. She was always so warm and kind and inclusive. Today is my birthday and I am really missing her regular birthday wishes, which she gave to so many of us. She will truly be missed.
Robin and I went back to elementary school also and we were in brownies togeather. She was a very kind and thoughtful friend. Just sat with her at our class reunion this summer and she was in good spirits.
