Lets talk about what part time jobs we had thru High School.

My first part time job was at Winn Dixie as a check out clerk. Later I worked at Publix. Back then you had to remember the items on sale, make change, wore uniforms and we had cute bag boys. It was fun. Looking back though I missed alot of football and basketball games. But I wanted cute clothes. I remember there was a little dress shop in Lake Park on Park Ave. that sold really cute clothes. Patty Duke had a line of clothes back then and this shop carried them.Remember Villager clothes. I bought my Sr. Prom dress there. It was feathured in Teen Magazine and I had it on lay a way for months. Don't remember how much it was but less than $100. It was blue with a huge hoop slip. LOVED it!!! I kept it for way to many years and later let my daughters play dress up with it. They not to many years ago wrote me a Mothers Day card and letter and thanked me for letting them play dress up with it. HA!!

I remember that clothes store.  They did have alot of cute clothes.  I bought alot of my things there.  Lake Park had alot of really cool shoppes then.  Remember Johnsons 5&10?  Lake Park had a great record shoppe next to the pharmacy too.
