Since you brought it up Bill..........ha, I remember buying Orange and Lime juice bars from Tropicana for 10 cents out of the machine at the NPB Elementary School.  They were made with REAL juice.

Ya that was great wasn't it?

Just remembered something from the past at Howell Whatkins.Wish I could remember the little tyrants name.He I think was the assistent principle or something of that sort.Little short pudgy guy with glasses.Any way in the cafateria which had a little stage at one end with the American Flag, and the State of Florida Flag,he used to try to hide behind one of the flags at lunch time to see who he could catch doing what.I always remember seeing part of his pants, and his shoes sticking out from under one of the flags, like know one was going to see him. Some one used to always bust him,and he would get all mad and storm out of the cafateria.

Just thought that was funny.Even funnier now when I think back.

Very nice site.Hope the people use this more than they have classmates.

Ya I remember that.  The PE teacher had the "girls" sex education up on that stage behind closed curtains.  We were all embarrassed.

Exactly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Coach Hovis.( 0r as I refer to him now) Big Head Tod.Had every one scared to death of him, except for Louis Odell and I pretty much.He was a screamer.Only reason we got away6 with things is cause of football.I can remember one day after practice Debbie Bustanti( think that is correct ) had her horse over at the field on the south side of the building,I jumped on the horse in pads and all.The horse didn't like that and bolted full speed toward North Lake Blvd.Just before NLake the horse was not going to stop,I bailed off landed on the sidewalk, and lo and behold the horse turned and ran back.Coach Hovis didn't think that was to funny.

Very nice site.Hope the people use this more than they have classmates.

David,

Christian Edward Reinholtz (sp) is his entire name.  Chris worked at WIRK in Riviera Beach, I sometimes read the Sports results on air for him.  Chris became a legendary DJ in San Francisco.
